These SMS Terms govern the SendOne text messaging program operated by SENDONE LLC ("SendOne," "we," "us"). By opting in, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Program description

The SendOne messaging program sends recurring automated marketing and informational text messages about SendOne — product announcements and feature releases, onboarding and activation guidance, event and webinar invitations, account and trial status notices, and promotional offers relating to the SendOne platform.

How to opt in

You may join the program by submitting your mobile number and checking the consent box at sendone.ai/sms.

You must affirmatively agree to receive messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You will receive a confirmation message immediately after opting in.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies — typically two to four messages per month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. SendOne does not charge you for these messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply according to your plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. You will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further marketing messages from this program.

To rejoin later, opt in again using any method above.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorised user of the mobile number you provide. You agree to notify us if you stop using that number.

Supported carriers

The program is supported by major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and others. Carrier support may change without notice.

Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. Messages may be delayed or fail for reasons outside our control.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We retain records of your consent and any opt-out — including date, time, source and method — for a minimum of four years, as required by carrier and regulatory rules. See our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may modify or discontinue the program or these SMS Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
