No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell, rent, or license mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data. We do not share them with affiliates for their own marketing. 3.3 Customer Data processed on behalf of our customers
Where a business uses SendOne to communicate with its own contacts, that business is the controller of its contact data and SendOne acts as a processor. We handle that data only per our customer's instructions and our agreement with them. If you are a recipient of a message sent through SendOne and want your data corrected or removed, please contact the business that messaged you; you may also contact us at privacy@sendone.ai and we will assist.
4. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, secure and maintain the Services
- Create and administer accounts and authenticate users
- Deliver messages you or our customers have lawfully opted in to receive
- Verify and evidence consent, and honour opt-out and help requests

We do not use personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
5. Legal bases (where applicable)
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the Services), consent (marketing messages, certain cookies), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement), and legal obligation (retention of consent records, tax and accounting).
6. When we share information
We share information only as described here:
- Service providers. Telecommunications and messaging providers, cloud hosting, payment processing, error monitoring, customer support and analytics vendors, each acting on our instructions under contract. Providers who handle mobile numbers may use them only to deliver the messages requested.
- Our customers. Where you are a contact of a business using SendOne, that business receives information about its own contacts and campaigns.
- Legal and safety. Where required by law, subpoena, regulation, or to protect the rights, property or safety of SendOne, our users, or the public.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent data with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above.
- Consent and opt-out records are retained for a minimum of four (4) years after the consent event or opt-out, as required by CTIA guidance and carrier rules, and may be retained longer where necessary to defend a legal claim. These records are append-only and are not deleted on account closure.
- Account and billing records are retained for the life of the account and then for the period required by tax and accounting law.
- Usage and device logs are typically retained for up to 24 months.
- Suppression lists (numbers that have opted out) are retained indefinitely, because deleting them would risk messaging someone who asked not to be contacted.
8. Your rights and choices
Marketing messages. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message, and request help by replying HELP. You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message. Opt-out requests are processed promptly and suppress you from future marketing messages.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, request a portable copy, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. Note the retention rules in Section 7 — we cannot delete consent, opt-out or suppression records, because those exist to protect you.
California residents. Under the CCPA/CPRA you have the rights described above and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.
To exercise any right, email privacy@sendone.ai. We will verify your identity before acting and respond within the time required by law.

You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Services from working. Where required, we present a consent banner before setting non-essential cookies.
